Our Return Policy
Refunds require the original sales receipt & are given within 90 days of purchase of merchandise. If return exceeds $200, we’ll send you a check from our corporate office. No refunds or exchanges allowed for damaged, clearance items or cut goods. (i.e. carpet, vinyl, etc.)
Spend Less Express Items
Aside from what we have in stock, there is an extended assortment of merchandise available to you via our Spend Less Express Program (SLE). All SLE orders require payment in full at the time of the order.
Out of Box Returns
Items returned without original packaging will be subject to a 20% reduction in refund amount. Items must be in otherwise good condition. The original sales receipt is required.

Tying Down Merchandise?
We have twine available if you need it to secure your merchandise to your vehicle. Store personnel can not tie anything to your vehicle.
Guaranteed Lowest Price
It is our desire to be the lowest priced building material supplier in town for Bargain Outlet and Surplus Warehouse. Should you find an identical stock item at our competitor that is lower in price, simply bring in a copy of their advertisement or a quotation on their letterhead and we will meet their price less 10% at the time you make your purchase from our store. The total 10% discount not to exceed $500. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Q: Is all your stuff seconds, closeouts or refurbished products?
A: NO! 98% of everything we sell is first quality merchandise. Some are simply overstocks or last years model purchased directly from the manufacturer.
Q: Do you sell in bulk?
A. YES!. See the store manager if interested in a large quantity.
Q: Are all the products you stock advertised each week?
A: No. We couldn't possibly fit all the great deals in our ads. There are truckloads arriving daily at our stores...We keep updating the web site, so visit often or come on down. It's worth the trip!
Q: Do you deliver.
A: Unfortunately we do not deliver. With the money you save you could probably rent a truck!
Q: Why don't you carry everything the "warehouse" stores do?
A: We search for deals, closeouts, factory surplus and discontinued products so that we can offer you the lowest prices in town. If we can't save you money, we don't sell it!
Q: Do you have a merchandise return policy?
A: Yes... Keep your receipt, Beware you'll need it for the return. Refunds are given within 90 days of purchase with receipt for merchandise that is in sellable condition.
